Business Analyst; Transformation

Business Analyst 6‑Month Contract (Inside IR35) £425 p/d (Remote first)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a 6‑month contract, with strong skills in systems design, business process analysis, and stakeholder engagement across complex programmes.

• Analyse and model business processes and system requirements.
• Run workshops, capture user stories and assess solution options.
• Produce clear documentation including process maps and analytical reports.
• Work with senior stakeholders to support decision‑making and project delivery.
• Contribute to planning, risk management and delivery within Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Provide high‑quality analysis to support improvements and effective design.

• Strong business analysis tools and techniques.
• Systems design and business process expertise.
• Excellent planning, communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Proven project delivery experience.
• Strong BI, data analysis and data management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical, modelling and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate findings in a clear, accessible way.
• Understanding of risk and mitigation approaches.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methods.

Any knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Financial process development, delivering organisational change, Information or Records Management transition work would be advantageous.

Please note some travel to other offices for process workshops will be required, so candidates must have a full UK Driving Licence.
