Position: Field Engineer – 5326
Location: City of Edinburgh

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their Scottish team of engineers based around Edinburgh, Scotland.

Main Responsibilities
  • SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for hospitality, retail, and healthcare outlets.
  • Diagnosis and rectification of EPoS, networking, and network devices.
  • Project work including AV, digital signage, and customer rollouts.
  • Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
    • Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.
  • Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent fault-finding skills.
  • Customer-facing skills.
  • Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, wireless).
