AI Manager – Centre of Enablement (CoE)

We’re partnering with a global organisation to hire an AI Manager into a newly formed AI Centre of Enablement – a high-impact function driving responsible AI adoption and real business outcomes across the enterprise.

This is a greenfield opportunity to shape AI strategy, governance and delivery while partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions.

You’ll act as an internal AI consultant and delivery lead
, helping teams turn ideas into scalable AI solutions.

Key focus areas:

• Advise business teams on AI opportunities, use cases and value
• Support delivery of LLM, Copilot and agent-based solutions
• Drive AI adoption through training, communities of practice and use-case sharing
• Embed AI governance, risk and compliance frameworks
• Coordinate AI initiatives across business, data and technology teams

• Experience in AI, data or emerging tech roles
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI risks/limitations
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot (or similar)
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive change
• Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
