Role: IT Project Manager / Digital Innovation Manager
Location:
Germany (Remote)
German Proficiency (Mandatory)
Your main tasks will include:- Ideally:
Several years of professional experience in (agile) program or project management in the pharmaceutical, medtech, healthcare, or strategy/innovation development sectors - Good understanding of the healthcare sector and current AI trends
- Experience in the design and implementation of innovative healthcare projects
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ideally experience in the use of innovation methods such as design thinking, lean startup, or agile project management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex content in an understandable way
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Degree in IT management, economics, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Proven track record in coordinating large-scale projects (including change management)
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of current data science and AI technologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
