• Technical experience with Active Directory (AD) and strong Security, automation and change management experience.
• Extensive experience supporting and administering Active Directory, including within a Security role, operating within defined technical and operational procedures to ensure user access is governed according to local and global regulations.
• Good understanding of how the wider Global Information Security Operations team works together to successfully achieve their team and wider department goals and objectives.
• Attention to detail and evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience. Respond to and resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by clear policy and procedure.
• Direct impact on the delivery of agreed service levels with customers, with quality of service reflecting on the effectiveness of the role holder, team and department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate and ensure that quality standards and time constraints are continuously delivered to a high standard.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Security related roles.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess one or more conhecimentos of professional information security certifications:
  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)®, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)®, Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP)®, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) denún, etc.
