We are currently seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide on‑site technical support to one of our key clients in Edinburgh. This part‑time, on‑site role is ideal for professionals with a strong service mindset and solid experience supporting modern, enterprise IT environments within regulated industries.

⚠️ Important:
This position is open only to candidates based in Edinburgh or individuals who already hold a valid UK work permit. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

• Provide second‑level on‑site technical support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows environments and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Support and administer tools such as Service Now, Active Directory, and cloud‑based backup solutions.
• Act as a client‑facing IT resource, maintaining clear and professional communication with end users and IT stakeholders.
• Document incidents, requests, and actions accurately within the ticketing system.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 2 IT support or similar roles (MSP experience is a strong plus).
• Solid technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Experience supporting Financial Services clients is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Structured schedule: 36 hours per month, with consistent weekly visits.
