Edinburgh (12 month contract)
192.80 (Inside IR35)
The Project Officer will report to the Project Manager and work as part of a team of finance and project management professionals. The environment is fast‑paced and highly interconnected, requiring the postholder to maintain oversight of operational activity and ensure the timely flow of information and reporting to support effective decision‑making.
Key Skills
- Produce planning documentation, including project delivery plans, high‑level plans, summary presentations and dashboards to monitor progress.
- Maintain key project logs, including risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and lessons learned; prepare reports and escalate matters where appropriate.
- Meet with relevant stakeholders and present project information and updates.
- Support the Operations Director and Project Manager by ensuring compliance with governance processes and procedures, including drafting papers and reporting.
- Coordinate project assurance activities and associated planning.
