• Serve as a key resource for managing and analysing Reference Data including Market Data to ensure accuracy and consistency across business units
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support data governance and enhance data quality frameworks
• Utilize deep knowledge of Reference Data to support business and data analysis activities within the organization
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing reference data processes and systems
• Support global data transformation and remediation initiatives by applying best practices in Reference Data management
• Work closely with stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements
• Leverage analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and support decision-making processes

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security services.
• Understand and address clients’ requirements related to custody, fund administration, and other security services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
• Resolve client queries and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reviews and meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in all client engagements.
