What You’ll Be Doing- Ensuring reliable and high levels of system operations through monitoring and response to incidents.
- Leveraging automation including Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management to continually improve our processes and service operations targets.
- Sharing knowledge with other engineers within the team to ensure best practices are followed.
- Contributing to embedding an agile mindset and approach focused on improving outcomes.
- Good communication skills.
- Thrives on solving problems.
- Tackling problems creatively.
- Passion for learning and self-development.
- Experience in Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience in AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, S3).
- Experience with scripting (Python, Power Shell, Groovy).
- Containerisation experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- IBM MQ, IBM Connect Direct, IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Secure Proxy.
- Knowledge of SAFe and/or Agile practices.
