Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established professional services firm based in Edinburgh. Offering a salary of up to £31,000, hybrid working, and an excellent benefits package, this role supports a dynamic business with multiple offices across Scotland. You'll join a small IT team and be responsible for delivering robust support across both first and second line queries, while contributing to the improvement of IT services company-wide.

• Provide first and second line support to internal users across multiple sites.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including user management and application support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, networks, and security systems.
• Support remote access technologies and mobile device management.
• Assist with the deployment of new systems and software upgrades.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting networks, servers, and backup/antivirus tools.

Based in Edinburgh, this role is easily commutable from Livingston, Bathgate, Musselburgh, Dalkeith, and Falkirk. A driving licence and access to a car are essential due to occasional travel between offices.
