We're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic public sector team on a short-term contract. You'll play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining modern IT infrastructure across a wide range of technologies, including Windows Server

, and Mobile Devices

- Deliver technical support and solutions to end users across multiple platforms.
- Contribute to IT Service Management processes and project delivery.
- Support infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and security.
- Work collaboratively to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
- Strong technical skills across infrastructure and support environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capability.
