As Head of Technology, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy for the business, spanning software engineering, product systems, IT infrastructure, data, security, and integrations. We're looking for a leader with:

• Experience scaling technology functions within a fast-growing SME
• Proven success in shaping and delivering company‑wide technology strategy
• Strong grounding in software engineering, systems architecture, data governance, and IT
• Experience in e‑commerce, integrations (including drop shipping), and digital product roadmaps would be distinctly advantageous
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical depth
• Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to influence cross‑functionally
• Experience leading across both software and (ideally) connected hardware environments
