Counsel, HR​/Recruitment

Working alongside one of employment lawyer in the UK business, the day-to-day remit is predominantly advisory work on employment law matters such as hiring; performance management and termination; wage and hour rules; harassment, discrimination and bullying; contingent worker issues etc. You will work closely with HR and other departments to ensure consistent of employment policies across the business, as well as delivering training and implantation strategy relating to the UK Employment Rights Act.

There will also be some litigation matters as part of the role.

The role requires a candidate with at least 8 years' PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit. The preference is to hire someone admitted in England & Wales - overseas candidates can be considered but you will need at least 3-4 years' experience on UK employment law matters.
