Job Title: HR Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably within multinational or matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in managing operational HR processes in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and contract amendments, independently and with minimal supervision.
• Support onboarding operations across the EMEA region, understanding country-specific nuances and compliance requirements, particularly in the UK, Ireland, Poland, and Spain.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries.
• Utilise Oracle HRIS platforms to maintain employee records, manage data integrity, and facilitate core HR processes efficiently.
• Handle Service Now ticket management effectively.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.
• Contribute meaningfully to regional and global HR projects, especially those impacting the EMEA region.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring readiness for audits and data reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with international HR operations teams and stakeholders, building trust and driving consistent service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to the HR Operations Team Lead or appropriate HR partners with sound judgment and clarity.

Essential Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations within multinational or matrixed organisations.
• Expertise in managing the complete employee lifecycle.
• Experience in EMEA onboarding operations with compliance knowledge.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation across EMEA.
• Proficiency in Oracle HRIS platforms and Service Now ticket management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Experience in project involvement, especially in the EMEA region.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage escalations effectively.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in additional European languages such as Spanish, German, or Polish is preferred.
