Ready to take your recruitment career up a gear? Due to exceptional growth in our Commercial division, we're expanding and looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team and help build out a thriving temp desk.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves sales, wants to learn fast, and is hungry to grow their career in a high‑performing environment.

• Running a full 360 desk - business development, client management, candidate sourcing and placement.
• Growing and owning your temp recruitment market, with huge opportunity to scale.
• Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across the commercial sector.
• Driving sales activity, winning new business and delivering exceptional service.

• £27,000-£32,000 base salary (DOE)
• Monthly bonus with uncapped earning potential
