YOUR ROLEYou take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Co-project lead on the TA and ONB project, creating and managing a required content list for the new system
- Assess current landscape of vendors and ensure best ROI of RPO vendors
- Master degree in human resources, sciences or similar
- 5 years of HR
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office suite…;
- English business proficiency
