Senior HR Consultant – Case

Location:

Waverley Court, Edinburgh.

Salary: £46,023 – £54,476 per annum.

Hours:

36 per week, 52 weeks.

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Consultant to join the Case Management Team. You will provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on a range of case matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management. In this role, you will make a real impact supporting and advising senior leaders to manage complex case issues impacting their services and deliver for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
  • Support senior leaders in managing complex case issues and delivering customer outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver practical HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels to drive organisational change.
  • Promote a workplace culture that values inclusion, diversity and employee development.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR professional in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with stakeholders to drive change.
  • Adaptable, resilient, curious, and courageous.
