Do you have experience of working in a HR Operational environment and would like to join the Business Change Team within the HR Service Centre?

The Business Change Team works as part of a wider Service Centre Team to support training of colleagues, testing of Oracle system changes as well as supporting the Business Management arrangements in the team.

You will work with colleagues to develop HR support material, carry out training, undertake system testing in support of the overall effectiveness of the Service Centre as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate and understand the requirements of changes and implement in response to continuous improvement within processes and Oracle required system changes.

Conduct testing required in response to system updates and improvements and feedback on outcomes.

Provide support and advice to colleagues by carrying out analysis and research work whilst making recommendations.

Work collaboratively with leads to develop, implement and undertake quality assurance activities to improve the quality of services.

Develop and update materials for new and existing processes within HRSS (HR Shared Services) in preparation to deliver training events to staff.

Deliver training and support learning to staff providing the knowledge required to undertake their role within HRSS. This will include technical training and soft skills. Training is required for new and existing staff.

Be available to work across all HRSS teams to support BAU activities to meet organisational demands.
