This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, late-night environment and is ready to help elevate an already successful venue.

As Deputy Manager, you'll be a key operational leader within the business, supporting the General Manager and ensuring the venue runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. You'll bring strong people skills, a passion for nightlife, and the ability to inspire a large and diverse team.

• Supporting the General Manager across all areas of the business
• Working closely with the marketing team and external promoters
• Reviewing, maintaining, and improving venue standards
• Leading, coaching, and managing a large team
• Ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times

• Hospitality experience is essential
• Experience in a late-night venue is strongly preferred
• A confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about nightlife
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends as required
