Job Description

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Chef de Partie with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

• Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation.
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
• Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas.

• Previous experience in a 2‑AA Rosette location or 4‑star hotel.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with food ordering and stock management.
