Job Description

We’re looking for a Revenue Director, to lead the revenue function across our Hotels Division. Reporting to the Managing Director, Hotels, this commercially critical role is responsible for setting and delivering the divisional revenue strategy across a diverse portfolio of hotel brands and franchise partners.

Operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level, the Revenue Director drives top‑line performance while ensuring the effective execution of day‑to‑day revenue activities across the hotel division.

This role requires the ability to move seamlessly between working “on the business” — shaping long‑term commercial strategy, capability, and future growth — and working “in the business”, supporting revenue teams, solving live trading challenges, and influencing performance in real time.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Development, and People, the Revenue Director leads the evolution of revenue management capability across the division. This includes supporting new hotel openings, rebrands, feasibility studies, and growth opportunities, ensuring commercial insight and robust revenue modelling inform key investment and strategic decisions.

Role in our Family

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and Deliver Divisional Revenue Strategy - Own and drive the end‑to‑end revenue strategy for the Hotels Division, ensuring alignment with divisional and group commercial objectives. Translate long‑term strategic goals into actionable plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth across all brands and franchise partners.
  • Lead Revenue Performance Across a Multi‑Brand Portfolio - Provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse hotel portfolio operating under multiple franchise brands (including IHG, Hilton, and Marriott), ensuring brand standards are met while optimising commercial outcomes for the business.
