OverviewAs the Assistant Front of House Manager at The Scotsman Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing guest experiences at Scotland’s most iconic and luxurious heritage hotels. You’ll deputise leading the Front of House team, including the Concierge & Reception Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel where your leadership and guest service skills will shine.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support the Front of House team (Concierge & Reception) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation. Demonstrate leadership by motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.
Qualifications- A great "can do" approach to customer service
- Friendly, approachable manner with guests and colleagues
- Comfortable motivating and leading a team
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills
- Currently employed in a luxury hotel Front of House position
- Excellent presentation and professional approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team
- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in a similar role
- Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
