Part time Catering Assistant

Equans is recruiting for a Part time Catering Assistant to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA
. This is a permanent role working 20 hours per week. Salary is £13,703.47 per annum plus a benefits package.

Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 6:30pm.

This role includes a DS Basic check; ability to pass is essential.

• Provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and assist in general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
• Assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation.
• Prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager.
• Assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with day-to-day running of the site and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team.

• Previous catering experience
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
