Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Oversee the team's workflow, ensuring good cooperation across departments
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in delivering exceptional housekeeping standards, ensuring guest rooms and public ares consistently reflect the hotel's luxury brand and five-star expectations
- Supervise, coach, and inspire the housekeeping team, leading by example to maintain a culture of professionalism, discretion, and outstanding guest service
- Conduct detailed room and area inspections, ensuring presentation, cleanliness, and amenities meet exacting standards before guest arrival and throughout occupancy
- Support daily operations and staff scheduling, assisting with rotas, cover arrangements, and efficient workflow during peak periods
- Oversee linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies, maintaining par levels, managing stock rotation, and ensuring premium materials are handled correctly
- Respond to guest requests and special requirements discreetly and promptly, working closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure a seamless luxury experience
- Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times
- Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team
- Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them
- Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard

£38,000 expected package (includes base salary plus tronc)
