You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury in guest rooms and associated areas, directly contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

• Maintain exemplary guest room presentation, ensuring rooms, suites, and associated areas meet luxurious standards.
• Meticulously change and replenish bed linens, towels, and amenities to the highest standards.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and regularly inspect rooms and areas for optimal condition.
• Manage cleaning trolley, restocking supplies daily to ensure efficient operation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with grace, ensuring satisfaction.
• Uphold safety and security standards, protecting guests and colleagues.
• Implement eco‑friendly cleaning practices, reducing waste and supporting sustainability.
• Handle lost property following hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support smooth operations.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality with utmost discretion.

• Provide training and mentorship to new team members, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Participate in quality enhancement initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist in public area cleaning, linen services, and other hotel operations as needed.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or housekeeping, demonstrating high cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
