This role at Murrayfield Stadium, our largest Flagship site within our Stadia division. TME Elior is the contract caterer for fans and guests for matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets and are experts in adapting to our client's needs. At the heart of the matchday experience, we strive to provide exceptional hospitality and creating lasting memories.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Matchday Manger you will be managing a large, fast-paced, high-energy suite or bar, ensuring the guests have an exceptional experience and your staff work efficiently, safely and professionally,

• Managing service in a large suites with a large team of FOH staff
• Interacting with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner to ensure they have a memorable experience
• Efficiently manage delivery of various stages of the event in a timely fashion
• Checking the set-up and managing the cleardown of your suite
• Ensuring all COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are implemented by yourself and your team

We are particularly looking for experienced Bar Managers

We actively encourage enthusiastic and motivated colleagues with correct attitude and manner looking to progress and gain more experience as Supervisors (extensive previous experience as FOH Hospitality Assistant is required)
