Overview
Receptionist – £12.50 per hour / 24 hrs weekly – Permanent Contract – Edinburgh – Hotel du Vin.
Responsibilities- Be the face of the hotel, greet guests, set the tone for their visit and ensure everything is above and beyond before they leave.
- Handle all reception queries, manage bookings and inquiries of all shapes and sizes.
- Work closely with the front‑desk team to maintain high standards of service and hospitality charm.
- A natural hospitality charm and a passion for service.
- High standards and a love for people, making guests smile every day.
- Experience in a front‑desk or reception role is desirable.
• Reception Monthly Monetary Incentive Scheme in place, with uncapped opportunity to earn on top of hourly rate.
