Join Our Dynamic Centralised Purchasing & Invoicing Team!
We’re looking for a motivated individual to become part of our collaborative team of pharmacy technicians and administrators. Together, we deliver a safe, cost-effective, and high-quality service that makes a real difference.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping efficient processes and solving challenges. From overseeing centralised purchasing and invoicing activities to managing off-contract claims, you’ll help ensure smooth operations across the board. You’ll also support colleagues in resolving medicine supply issues—keeping patient care at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Has a National Certificate in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
- Has a Scottish Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Pharmacy Services
- Completed HN Unit:
Procedures for Pharmacy Dispensary Checking Technicians or Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician Award (provided by Buttercups or NPA, 2019 or before) - Has an HNC in Pharmacy Services Development and Management. However, individuals who do not possess this qualification but can demonstrate equivalent professional experience may also be considered. In such instances, a Mapping Assessment Form must be completed and submitted as part of the application process.
