Your Role as a Care Assistant:

• Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions in residential and community settings

• Assisting and encouraging independence with daily living activities

• Supporting with personal care, including prompting and hands-on assistance where required

• Supporting service users to access hobbies, activities, and social opportunities

• Building positive, professional relationships with individuals with varying needs and abilities

• Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements:

• Aged 18 or over

• Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a care or healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable adults
