At Trinity House, we provide exceptional Residential, Nursing, Respite, and Dementia care for up to 55 residents in a modern, purpose-built home designed for comfort and dignity. What We Offer

What You Will Do

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily routines, personal care, and mobility, always with kindness and respect. You’ll help promote independence, assist with meals and hydration, and work with the wider team to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and engaged. Your support will make everyday life more meaningful for those you care for.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with or without previous care experience. SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and care experience are desirable but not essential — full training will be provided. Most importantly, you bring empathy, reliability, and a commitment to working as part of a team that puts residents first.
