Project CoordinatorRole Overview
We are seeking a Project / Medical Affairs Coordinator to support the Medical Affairs, Project Management, and Commercial teams within our Ibero America division. This role will contribute to the development of medical content, scientific strategies, and educational and promotional initiatives for pharmaceutical clients, working in a dynamic, international environment
Key Responsibilities Medical Content & Strategy- Contribute to the development of medical and scientific content, including medical writing for articles, marketing materials, and digital platforms
- Support the creation and execution of medical strategies aligned with client and regulatory requirements
- Support the implementation of online and offline projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
- Coordinate with medical experts, key opinion leaders, and institutions for the organization of medical and scientific events in Brazil and internationally
- Work closely with Medical Affairs and Project Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Degree or academic background in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proven experience in writing and reviewing medical or scientific content
- Experience in project management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or agency environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical industry trends
- Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike preferred) and advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and the medical community
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (required)
- Spanish and English highly desirable
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
