We would welcome applications from candidates seeking a permanent position, as well as those interested in a fixed-term or secondment opportunity.

What your role will involve

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to strengthen service delivery and outcomes
  • Deputising for the Managing Coordinator when required to ensure continuity of leadership

About you

You will have experience leading and developing teams within a counselling or therapeutic environment, with a strong understanding of the professional standards that underpin safe, ethical and effective counselling services. You will be confident managing service development, quality improvement and performance, able to balance compassion with accountability. You will be comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft 365, and be a member of the PVG Scheme or willing to undertake the necessary checks.
