The Registered Care Manager will act as the named manager for the service and will be responsible for:
Recruiting, inducting, supervising, and supporting care staff.
- Current registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements
- Experience in safeguarding, medication management, and quality assurance
- PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to update)

This role is suited to an experienced manager who is confident working independently and enjoys building a service to high standards from the outset.
