This role is a contract of 33.75 or 45 hours a week, delivering person‑centred care to residents during night shifts. Key duties include assisting with personal care, supporting a positive mealtime experience, promoting lifestyle choices, fostering meaningful connections and creating 1:1 activities. Care Assistants are an essential part of the multi‑disciplinary team, ensuring residents' independence and choice are respected.

• Deliver a high quality, person‑centred care plan for each resident.
• Support 1:1 and group activities to encourage independence.
• Assist with daily personal care and hygiene.
• Promote positive nutrition and hydration during mealtimes.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the team.

• Effective communicator and a team player.
• Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial; SVQ2 desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
