We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team, enriching the lives of our residents every day. Our nurses are at the heart of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of life.

The role is based at Letham Park Care Home and offers 33.75 or 45 hours per week.

As a Nurse, you will play a key role in leading the care, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing of our residents, guiding and inspiring teams to promote person‑centred care, compassion and dignity.

You’ll support residents' clinical needs while encouraging a person‑centred approach to all aspects of care, ensuring they are valued, cared for, listened to, and fulfilled.

Key responsibilities include:

• Care planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation and reporting through the Nourish platform.
• Mentoring and supporting colleagues and junior staff, ensuring they are confident and skilled.
• Administering medication with utmost care and following procedures to keep residents safe.
• Promoting independence and encouraging residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connections.

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Strong knowledge of the NMC code of conduct and up‑to‑date clinical practices.
• Experience in a similar role, leading a multi‑disciplinary team, and acting as Nurse in Charge.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety procedures required for the role.
