Chief Financial Officer

We are supporting a rapidly scaling, innovation-led manufacturing and services business with international operations and ambitious growth plans. The company has achieved strong revenues already in their manufacturing business and has a clear trajectory toward tripling revenue in the short term. The company operates across global sales channels and complex supply chains and is looking to combine its engineered hardware with recurring service and aftermarket revenues.

Backed by high quality institutional shareholders and operating in a performance-driven environment, the business is entering a phase where financial strategy, operational rigour and commercial discipline must evolve to support international expansion, margin protection and long-term shareholder value creation.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and investors, the CFO will lead all aspects of financial strategy, governance and performance. This is a scale and build mandate suited to a commercially sharp finance leader comfortable operating across manufacturing, services and global supply chain environments.

Key areas of focus will include:

• Supporting international expansion and multi-country P&L management
• Acting as commercial partner across pricing, contract terms and negotiation frameworks
• Leading capital strategy, refinancing, M&A and exit preparation
• Developing a scalable finance strategy aligned to aggressive growth targets
• Delivering investor-grade reporting, modelling and dynamic scenario planning
• Strengthening cost control, margin performance and working capital discipline
• Embedding robust governance, controls and ERP-enabled operational insight

The successful candidate will either bring senior finance leadership experience within an R&D-led, hardware and services business or from a sector agnostic proven value creation track record within private equity, ideally having exited a business successfully.
