We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator, Transfer Agency

A dynamic role providing exposure to key stakeholders, you will work within UK Transfer Agency providing a range of services for a combination of retail and institutional investors. Covering a variety of areas including Investor Services, Bereavement, Complaints, Anti Money Laundering, Dealing and 3rd party oversight. A well rounded, client focused role which will include answering phone calls, replying to email and letter correspondence, handling bereavement notifications and logging complaints.

• Support multiple Asset Managers with a range of products such as OEICS, Unit Trusts, ISAs and Investment Trusts
• Be the voice of the customer, maintaining open and transparent communication with customers
• Deliver superlative support and service whilst alerting all key stake-holders on high risk, sensitive customer complaints and participating in the steps taken to remedy process, policy and systems
• Carry out day to day processing of activities within the department to ensure that all tasks are processed in accordance with agreed procedures and controls and in accordance with relevant fund parameters
• Suggest and implement improvements to the Transfer Agency processes and procedures in consultation with the Supervisor

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• A relevant background in a client focused, telephone-based role dealing with phone, email and written correspondence for customers is essential
• Knowledge of Investor, Shareholder Services, Transfer Agency and/or the UK Funds or Pensions industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential
• Exposure to working in the financial services industry with strong business sense and awareness of the key risk areas of the business.
• Adaptable, service orientated, and customer focused with the ability to ensure deadlines, controls and procedures are adhered to, you will be confident in analysing issues
