Finance Director

We are working on an exciting opportunity to recruit a Finance Director to join a senior leadership team. This is a strategic, high-profile role, providing financial leadership, oversight, and commercial insight across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Finance function, building a high-performing team.
• Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance.
• Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decisions, including investment cases, bids, and contracts.
• Manage cashflow, treasury, and board-level reporting responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of financial leadership in complex business environments.
• Strong team leadership and commercial acumen.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Manufacturing or similar background

Package: £110k base, 35% annual bonus, £8k car allowance, 8% matched pension Hybrid working (approx. 3 days onsite)
