Finance Business Partner

Does the idea of partnering with a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail business to drive commercial insight and smarter decisions sound right for you?

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a high‑performing team on an interim basis of 3 to 6 months, delivering timely reporting, insightful analysis, and meaningful support to stakeholders across the business. Must be able to start immediately.

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis or commercial finance
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills;
  Power
  
  BI experience is a plus
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Confident presenting financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
• Experience and knowledge of working within the Retail and ecommerce sector is advantageous

• Commercially minded and analytically sharp, with a deep understanding of business performance drivers
• A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys improving processes and uncovering insights
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building strong relationships at all levels
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable reporting
