Salary: £55,000-£75,000 + Bonus

This is your opportunity to join a leading firm with a thriving presence in the North. With offices in Newcastle, Edinburgh & Glasgow this team is delivering high-impact VAT advisory work to a diverse and growing client base.

• Top 50 accountancy firm with national reach and local heart
• Broad client portfolio-from regional powerhouses to international groups
• Fast-track progression to Senior Manager and beyond
• Advisory-led focus with minimal compliance
• Hybrid working-typically 2-3 days in the office, flexible working

• Leading VAT advisory projects across sectors like real estate, manufacturing, and tech
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Building strong client relationships and spotting growth opportunities
• Working closely with Partners on strategic initiatives

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong UK VAT experience
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Someone who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a collaborative team
