Meraki Talent are engaged on a permanent Accountant role based in Edinburgh with strong hybrid working options paying up to £53,000 + excellent bonus potential & wider benefits package including generous pension.

The Opportunity

You'll be presented to join a thriving commercial business that has an outstanding reputation for hiring the highest calibre of finance professionals creating a mentorship rich environment. Furthermore, they are renowned for offering fantastic internal progression opportunities including the ability to move into management accounting, FP&A, project accounting etc.

The role is extremely varied, and will include the following components:

• Involvement in complex accounting including M&A activity
• Business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders
• Involvement in global process and continuous improvement initiatives

What You ll Bring

To be considered, you MUST be:

• Qualified Accountant (or at least exam qualified)
• Trained and qualified in audit & seeking first inhouse move into industry
• Exposure to large & complex audits in commercial sector (not financial services or public sector)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
