- Hours: Full Time & Part Time available (Part Time 20 hrs, Full Time 37.5 hrs)
- Salary: £14.35

Ongoing temporary assignment with potential for long-term. Min 3 months assignment.
MainDuties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
- Processing supplier invoices and matching to POs/delivery notes
- Supplier statement reconciliations & resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining supplier accounts and managing queries
- Assisting with weekly/monthly payment runs (including BACS)
- Posting sales invoices, credit notes & customer payments
- Daily banking and payment reconciliations
- Investigating unallocated payments
- Monitoring aged balances & coding accurately
- Supporting month-end close and cost/variance reporting
- Ad hoc finance tasks as required
- Someone with previous experience in an Accounts/Finance Assistant role, strong reconciliation skills, confidence handling ledgers and invoices, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
