Full-time 35 hours a  week.
* ** WORKING PATTERN**:
Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

** What you’ll need
*** Good understanding of Workplace Pensions products and Market insight.
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads, maintain accurate records, and ensure robust reporting processes
* Accuracy and attention to detail when following processes and maintaining records.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and supporting others.
* A desire to learn, develop and grow your capability.
** And any experience of these would be really useful
*** Experience in customer support, administration or service delivery, ideally within financial services or workplace pensions.
