  Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Within the role as a Workplace Relationship Consultant, you'll:

• Play a key part in building trusted relationships with our customers and colleagues.
• Provide clear, reliable support, help keep our services running smoothly
• Use established processes to deliver great experiences every time.

• Good understanding of Workplace Pensions products and Market insight.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and colleagues
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads, maintain accurate records, and ensure robust reporting processes
• Accuracy and attention to detail when following processes and maintaining records.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and supporting others.
• A desire to learn, develop and grow your capability.

• Experience in customer support, administration or service delivery, ideally within financial services or workplace pensions.
