• Prepare and review UK, EMEA, and APAC tax provisions, reconciliations, computations, and filings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support compliance and reporting across international entities, liaising with auditors, external advisors, and internal finance teams.
• Assist with tax projects, risk management, and monitoring developments in UK and international tax legislation.
• Collaborate with team members and support training, development, and workflow management for colleagues across regions.
• Maintain tax records, monitor payments and advisor fees, and contribute to process improvements and control procedures.

• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance, provisioning, and audits, ideally with multinational groups.
• Solid knowledge of UK tax reporting and ability to apply technical expertise to complex data.
• Proactive approach to identifying and managing tax risks.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Part-qualified or qualified in a relevant tax/accounting body (e.g., CIOT, ICAS, ICAEW); experience in asset management preferred.
