This is an exciting opportunity to join the Third Party Custody (TPC) Support team within Operations Service & Solutions (OSS). This role is ideal for experienced Trade Support professionals who are looking to further develop their career in Private Banking Operations.
As a Trade Support Analyst, you will help implement new business initiatives and provide ongoing support and oversight for trading, settlements, asset servicing, reconciliations and fees for the platform. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for any strategic initiatives that impact TPC accounts and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including bankers, investors, management companies, custodians and all operations teams supporting the TPC platform.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare operational compatibility analysis and serve as the point of contact for external custodian banks.
- Coordinate new client implementation setups and support existing client portfolio expansions.
- Act as an escalation contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and advise on tactical upgrades to the TPC platform’s operational flows.
- Serve as product SME for the strategic growth initiative of the TPC offering.
- Present key business metrics to internal senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a Middle Office/Trade Support/Client Service function with a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial institution.
- Highly motivated and proactive self‑starter.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate and build strong rapport with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking drive solutions, initiatives and projects.
- Strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure, prioritise and meet stakeholder expectations within deadlines.
- Risk and controls focus, able to analyse processes and ensure suitable controls are in place.
- Data analysis skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Python, Signavio, Alteryx, Tableau.
