We’re partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site business to find a Finance Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a dynamic CFO who is passionate about mentoring and actively supports career development.

About the Role

This is more than just a reporting role. You’ll be involved in everything from preparing consolidated financial statements to presenting insights at board level. One day you might be deep in the detail of journals and reconciliations, the next you’re shaping strategic decisions with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated accounts
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Driving improvements in financial controls and reporting processes
  • Integrating new acquisitions into group reporting
  • All aspects of group management accounts
  • Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting
Qualifications
  • ICAS or ACCA qualified with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
Required Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP
  • A team player who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
