The role is a Self Employed Fire Risk Assessor operating throughout the UK

The ability of being able to assess and produce a Fire Risk Assessment for Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Distribution Centres, both small operations and large scale sites and complex buildings.

• Providing your monthly availability for the proposed work.
• Plan and manage the work given within the timescales agreed with the client.
• To keep your Line Manager or Lead Auditor appraised of client requests during audits.
• Allow Shadow and Witness Audits from the client, the line manager or senior team as required.
• To maintain Continous Personal Development (CPD) and take on additional training as required when new clients are onboarded.
• Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business and provide your own laptop or tablet for this work.

• You will need to have proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments in a variety of properties including complex buildings.
• years minimum experiance and have a recognised professional qualification in fire safety management and fire risk assessments from creditable providers such as the Fire Protection Association, Fire Industry Association or NEBOSH.
• Need to be on the Institute of Fire Engineers Register of Fire Risk Assessors or a similar industry related scheme.

This is not an employed position but that of a "Self-Employed Contractor".
