Salary: £35,000 – £43,000 + 8% Employer Pension Contribution

Edinburgh (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

• Leading on drawing production with precision, consistency, and excellence.
• Delivering technical guidance in your core specialism to inspire and support others.
• Planning and managing project resources, flexing to meet client deadlines.
• Reviewing and improving outputs from your peers to ensure top‑tier quality.
• Creating efficient, rationalised calculations and designs to modern standards.
• Monitoring regulatory and design changes, and championing best practice across teams.

• Proven experience across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Strong technical report‑writing skills (e.g. Drainage Strategy Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, O&M Manuals).
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead without needing direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
