Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility & Requirements

To be considered for the trainee programme you must be eligible for the 1‑year route to Assoc

RICS accreditation and have a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post‑graduate qualification, plus a minimum of one year of industry‑relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved relevant HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus a minimum of two years of industry‑related work experience.
  • Four or more years of industry‑relevant experience.

Applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation are also welcomed.
